You should vacuum your carpets regularly, but it isn’t necessary to pass it again specifically for our visit. I always pre-vacuum the area with state-of-the-art machines before beginning the cleaning process.

How long will it take to clean my carpets?

The time it takes to clean each carpet depends on its area, how dirty it is, and how many tough stains there are. I’ll be able to give you a more accurate estimation when you call for a consultation and tell me the details of your project.

Do you move furniture?

Yes, I will move furniture before treatments. However, I ask that you remove electronics, decorative accent pieces, and breakables before I show up. If you’re concerned about a particular piece of furniture, let us know when you call!
